Acceptable use policy
Effective October 16, 2026. Rasel Hakkani, trading as Swift Web Dev, Kodomtoli, New Bridge Rd, Gaibandha - 5700, Bangladesh.
Swift Outbox is for relevant, honest, one-to-one business outreach. It is not for spam. This policy applies to every account and workspace. Breaking it can lead to immediate suspension without refund, and we cooperate with mailbox providers and authorities investigating abuse.
1. Who you may email
- Only business contacts where you have a genuine, specific reason to believe your message is relevant to their role or company.
- Only where you have a lawful basis under the laws of your country and the recipient's (for example legitimate interests under GDPR, or consent where the law requires it, such as for individual subscribers under PECR or under CASL).
- Never people who have unsubscribed, asked not to be contacted, or appear on your suppression list.
2. Lists
- No purchased, rented, scraped-in-bulk or shared lists of people who have no connection to your offer.
- No harvested addresses, guessed addresses at scale, role addresses you have no reason to contact, or spam-trap lists.
- You must be able to tell us where each lead came from if asked.
3. Every email must
- Identify you truthfully: real sender name, real company, accurate From and Reply-To addresses.
- Have an honest subject line that matches the content.
- Include a working way to opt out. The Service adds a one-click unsubscribe; do not remove or hide it, and honour any opt-out you receive another way.
- Include a valid physical postal address where the law requires it (for example CAN-SPAM).
4. Never send
- Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, or links to deceptive sites.
- Fraud, scams, fake invoices, impersonation of people or organisations, or misleading claims.
- Illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, or debt collection, crypto and investment solicitations.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or content targeting people for protected characteristics.
- Content generated to look like a personal relationship or prior conversation that did not happen.
5. Sending behaviour
- Use mailboxes and domains you own or are authorised to use, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up.
- Do not try to evade limits, filters or suspensions, for example by creating new accounts or rotating domains to hide a sending reputation.
- Keep complaint and bounce rates low. We may pause sending if they exceed 0.3% complaints or 5% bounces, or if a provider reports abuse.
- Follow the terms of your mailbox and AI providers.
6. AI-written content
You are responsible for every email you send, including AI-written ones. Review campaigns before switching on automatic sending, and do not instruct the AI to invent facts, testimonials, relationships or urgency.
7. Enforcement
We may monitor sending signals (volume, bounces, complaints, unsubscribe rates, content reports) to protect recipients and the Service. We may warn, pause sending, restrict or close an account, and remove content, at our discretion and where possible with an explanation.
8. Report abuse
If you received unwanted email sent through Swift Outbox, forward it with headers to abuse@swiftoutbox.com. We investigate every report.
