Yes. The Free plan costs nothing. It gives you 80 emails a day, up to 2,000 a month, with 1 campaign and 1 sending mailbox, so you can see the emails it writes before you pay for anything. On Free there is no monthly Swift Pilot credit: top up when you need it, or write with your own AI key. Move to a paid plan from the billing page whenever you need more.
When you sign up. You pick the plan and monthly or yearly billing, pay, and your account opens with that plan's limits. Purchases are final: plans cannot be cancelled, refunded or downgraded.
The leads currently stored across your workspaces. The limit is checked before each import. When you reach it, new imports pause until you remove leads or upgrade. Nothing you already have is deleted.
It checks each address before you send: that it is written correctly, that its domain can receive email, that it is not a throwaway address, shared inbox or typing mistake, and that the mailbox exists according to the receiving mail server. Each lead is marked Valid, Risky, Invalid or Unknown. Catch-all domains and providers that do not confirm mailboxes, such as Yahoo and AOL, show as Risky. It is included in every paid plan, up to the plan's monthly allowance.
Every paid plan includes a monthly Swift Pilot credit: $5 on Starter, $10 on Growth and $30 on Agency. Swift Pilot is charged by usage, based on the text it reads and writes. Any mailbox that offers SMTP for sending and IMAP for replies, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and most hosting providers. You connect them with the details your provider gives you.
You can move to a higher plan at any time from the billing page. You pay the full price of the new plan from that day. Purchases are final: plans cannot be cancelled, refunded or downgraded.
Yes, in one case. If you upgrade within 7 days of buying your current plan and you have not started a campaign yet, what you paid for the current plan comes off the price of the higher plan. After 7 days, or once a campaign has started, you pay the regular price of the new plan and the current plan is forfeited and not refundable.
We email you and retry the card. You keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After that, sending is paused and the account becomes read-only until the payment goes through. Nothing is deleted.
No. Purchases are final: plans cannot be cancelled, refunded or downgraded. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and you can move to a higher plan at any time.
There are two levels. Standard (the Free plan): we reply within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday, and replies on Saturday or Sunday depend on the support team's availability. VIP (all paid plans): your ticket goes to the front of the queue and we usually reply within an hour, which can take longer depending on time zones and the support team's availability.
