Keyboard shortcuts and efficiency tips

The review shortcuts and the habits that save the most time in campaigns, review and the inbox.

On this page

Who this is for: daily users who want to move through approvals and replies faster.

Keyboard shortcuts

The review cards (on Review emails and on a campaign’s review list) have single-key shortcuts. They act on the card that has focus.

Key Action
A Approve
E Edit (opens the editor under the card)
R Rewrite (the AI writes a new version)
S Skip (asks you to confirm)
Tab / Shift+Tab Move to the next or previous card
Escape Close the editor without saving

How to use them:

  1. Click the first card once (not on a button or text box).
  2. Read it, press A to approve. Focus jumps to the next card.
  3. Press E to fix one, edit, then Save and approve.

Shortcuts do nothing while you are typing in a box, and they ignore Ctrl, Alt and Cmd combinations, so normal copy and paste still work.

Elsewhere, Escape closes open menus (such as the inbox’s More menu and the Send reply menu) and the bell panel.

Efficiency tips

Approvals

  • Read the first 20 emails one by one. If the pattern is good, use Approve all and spend your time on replies instead.
  • Fix patterns at the source: pause the campaign, change the instructions, Save instructions, then Rewrite the bad emails.
  • The grouped Review emails page lets you clear every campaign from one screen.

Inbox

  • Use Unread plus Send and open next unread to work through replies like a queue.
  • Filter by campaign to answer one segment with one tone.
  • Copy address in the More menu is quicker than selecting the email.

Campaigns

  • Duplicate a campaign that worked and only change the list; the instructions and rules come with it.
  • Keep campaign names consistent, such as “Segment, Month”, so the list, dashboard and inbox filters stay readable.
  • Deep links work: the wizard remembers the step in the address (?step=4), so you can bookmark a step.
  • The Refresh button in the top bar reloads every number on the page without losing your place.
